After the theoretical formulation, where the product is designed to meet all the desired nutritional requirements, it goes through several stages: it is carefully formulated to meet the nutritional objectives, tested and produced on a small scale. This allows the dissolution, sensory characteristics and other practical features of the product to be assessed, undergoing rigorous evaluations until it reaches the expected quality.
This entire process is carried out by a team of specialists, using state-of-the-art equipment such as a moisture analyzer and pH meter, which allow for a complete and safe assessment of the product before it reaches the consumer market, to guarantee Prodiet excellence.
